Mike is an investor, advisor, founder and veteran. He previously worked as a Principal at Early Light Ventures where he incubated Riptide, a founding team member at Squadra Ventures, an Investment Analyst with Baltimore Angels, is a two-time founder with one (small) exit, and served as an Officer in the US Army. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from Johns Hopkins, is a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, and regularly holds his breath for over five minutes while freediving and spearfishing.

Andrew has spent 7 years working within the ecommerce, logistics, supply chain and manufacturing sectors. He currently works for Whitebox, a VC backed ecommerce company headquartered in the Baltimore area. Before Whitebox, Andrew worked for Amazon in Operations and on their Process Engineering Team. He is also an MBA candidate at Johns Hopkins Carey Business School and will graduate in 2023.‍

Katie Hildreth obtained her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the Connell School at Boston College. Following graduation, she worked at Boston Children's Hospital in the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit for three years. Katie continued her acute care advancement working as a travel nurse at Rady Children's Hospital in the NICU, PICU and ED. Katie returned to Boston Children's to pursue nursing leadership in orthopedic surgery and solid organ transplant. Katie is now enrolled in a dual MPH/MBA program at Johns Hopkins focused on structural health systems and behavior change.‍

Lalita is an attorney with 20+ years of experience working in innovation, business, finance and policy. She has been responsible for issuing over 800 patents in medical devices, fintech, and emerging technologies. Lalita has also worked on complex legal intellectual property issues, as well as on domestic and international IP policy. She holds degrees in biology/chemistry, an MBA, and a Master’s in Finance. In her spare time, she enjoys good food, great conversation, and traveling (explored six continents).‍

Leo is an entrepreneur, real estate investor, and early-stage startup investor. He founded Bay Area Luxury home builder Six P.I.D, Inc. and has ten years of experience in single-family home development, residential and commercial property management, and financial management. He received his M.B.A. degree from Johns Hopkins, and while there, he led a team and won 3rd place in the 2022 VCIC competition M.B.A. New England regional round. He enjoys bodybuilding, traveling, and video gaming in his free time.
